By accessing our care services or using the CharmHealth patient portal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Services (10DLC)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS communications from Serene Psychiatry powered by CharmHealth.

  • Message Types: Appointment reminders, visit confirmations, administrative alerts, and secure patient updates.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and care needs.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular provider.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After sending STOP, you may receive one final confirmation text.

  • Support: For SMS help, reply HELP or contact customer support at makala@serenepsych.org.

3. Healthcare Disclaimer

Text messaging and online portals are not for emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

4. Wireless Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.
